Did you know that only nine of the CEO positions held in Fortune 100 companies belong to women? Did you know that only 23 of the top jobs in S&P 500 companies are held by women?
Women who have MBA degrees have more leverage in the marketplace. Women MBAs command a higher salary than those with only a bachelor’s degree. Women come to the MBA at different stages in their lives and careers and enter the program for a variety of different reasons. Many women choose to pursue their graduate degree directly after completing their bachelor’s degree.
We are looking for a few good leaders to join the Bryant MBA program. If you are a female junior or senior and have ever thought about graduate school, we would like to invite you to the Women in MBA luncheon on Friday, March 20. You’ll have an opportunity to hear from faculty and current MBA students. Faculty will cover topics such as setting yourself up for success, leadership strategies, overcoming challenges as a professional woman, careers in marketing, supply chain, and international business that are in high demand. Current MBA students will talk about their experiences in the workforce and in graduate school. You will have the opportunity to ask them questions in an interactive format.
The program kicks off at 11:30 A.M. in the Heritage Room and runs until 1:30 P.M. Please register by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. Space is limited, please register early. All registrations must be received by Wednesday, March 11. For questions about the event, please call the Graduate School Office at (401) 232-6529. This program will have valuable information you won’t want to miss. We hope to see you on March 20.
